*Changes to Fares*
The Scottish Government through Transport Scotland introduced a fares cap in the SPT travel area which started on Monday 7th September 2026.
All adult and child single fares on our services will now be capped at a maximum of £2.00. Single fares currently below £2.00 will not change.
We will no longer be offering Day Return or 10-journey tickets after this date, but 10-journey tickets bought before 7th September will still be valid until all remaining journeys have been used up.
Adult day and 7-day tickets will still be available through the myTrip app but in many cases it will be cheaper using £2 single tickets.

We are one of the largest independent bus and coach operators in Ayrshire. Established in 1990 with the aim of providing reliable, high-quality bus and coach services throughout Ayrshire and have since then grown to a fleet of over 40 vehicles.
We operate a wide range of services – local bus services, MyBus services, private coach hire, school and private contracts – and have a diverse fleet of buses and coaches.
We operate a small network of local bus services in East and North Ayrshire including town services in Kilwinning, and Largs, as well as a number of inter-urban routes. Some are operated commercially and some are subsidised by Strathclyde Partnership for Transport. All services run with low-floor Disability Discrimination Act compliant buses.
Eight of our buses run MyBus services for elderly and disabled people as well as those without a local bus service throughout the Strathclyde area. These services are operated under contract to SPT, and must be pre-booked through their Glasgow office.
